What happens after I've posted my job?
After posting your job, it will be shown on the group page and seen by our elite professionals in your area, after that our professionals will start discussing about your work, and they will give you an estimate price on it, after that you go with the one who express your interest.
Why do I need to verify my phone number?
You have to verify your contact number so we and the worker can contact you easily after agreeing on the job and the price, and to make sure that we are contacting the right costumer.

Can I post jobs for multiple properties using one account?
Homeowner
Yes you can. All what you have to do is to make sure that you are in the right community group.
Can I edit my job details?
You can edit the details before it approved, after that you can add more information about it, but you can't edit it.
How can I sign up?
You can sign up by Google or Facebook, then tell us whether you are a homeowner or a professional so we can filter you.
How to get my work done?
To get your work done, you should find your pro and schedule an appointment or post your need and make a deal with the professional that you want and agree on a day and time.
How to Choose a pro?
You can go to Find A Pro page between cleaning, sealing, and installation and choose the services that you want, after that you will be able to choose the pro that you want.
How to post my job?
To post your job, you should go to Post Your Need page from the home page and select your county, then choose the service that you want to join, before accepting your request you must answer the questions and wait until we accept your request, usually, it takes about 24 hours only to be accepted.
How to make a payment for the work done?
It depends on the professional and the service that you choose, either if it is cash or by visa.
Does CSI charge to use the platform?
No. CSI does not charge you anything for using our platform, it’s completely free.
Are all the pros licensed and insured?
In our professionals profile their will be a badge that will show if they are licensed or insured.
Is it safe to let the pro come to give an estimate?
If the professional is a LLC or from the company, then he is governmentally verified, but if he is an independent worker their will be a badge for that in his profile shows that background checked.
How does the rating work?
All what you have to do is to go to our rate us page and fill out the form and submit it.

I’ve hired the wrong person, what do I do?
If you have accidentally selected the wrong tradesperson or changed your mind, contact us and we will reopen the job for you.

Joining our professional platform is free, but in order to join groups, post, and bid on the posts you have to pay 130$ as yearly subscription.

You can do that after you join the group of the service that you want to provide in your county, after that you will be able to see the posts of the homeowners and bid on them.

You can use our platform for free by registering with us but to be able to post and bid you have to subscribe and pay to do so.

Your background check will be completed after you submit your application.

To accept your application, it takes from 24 - 72 hours to accept it to check your background and your license.

What is your return policy and procedure?
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
