Gift Card Terms

In short: CSI gift cards never expire and have no fees. You can use them for products sold by CSI in the CSI Store, in one go or over several orders. They cannot be used for products sold by pros, and they cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires a cash refund of a small balance. Treat a gift card code like cash: if it is lost or stolen, we may not be able to replace it. This summary is not part of the binding terms below.

1. These terms

1.1. These Gift Card Terms apply to digital gift cards issued by CSI ELITE SERVICES, LLC ("CSI"), whether you buy them, receive them as a gift, or receive them as a plan perk. They are part of the Terms of Service. The Terms of Sale also apply to the purchase of a gift card.

1.2. The issuer of the gift card is CSI ELITE SERVICES, LLC, 604 Banyan Trl, Boca Raton, FL 33481, USA (mailing: PO Box 812332), info@csieliteservices.com, (833) 274-3425.

2. Buying a gift card

2.1. Gift cards are available in the amounts shown on the gift card page (currently US$25, US$50, US$100, US$150, US$200, US$500, US$1,200, US$1,500, or a custom amount within the limits shown). Gift cards are sold and denominated in US dollars.

2.2. You can send a gift card to yourself or to someone else by email, with an optional message, on a date and time you choose. You are responsible for entering the correct recipient email. We are not responsible if a gift card is delivered to a wrong address you entered.

2.3. A gift card is delivered as a 16-character code. We may limit how many gift cards one person may buy, and may refuse or cancel a purchase we believe is fraudulent.

3. No expiry and no fees

3.1. CSI gift cards never expire.

3.2. CSI does not charge any fee on gift cards, including activation, dormancy, inactivity, service or maintenance fees.

4. Using a gift card

4.1. A gift card can be used only at checkout in the CSI Store for products sold by CSI (and for shipping and taxes on those products). It cannot be used for products sold by Pros, and it cannot be used to pay for plans unless the checkout for plans says it can.

4.2. If your order costs more than your gift card balance, you pay the rest with PayPal. If it costs less, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for later use. You can see your balance in your account or by entering the code at checkout.

4.3. Gift cards cannot be used to buy other gift cards.

5. No cash value

5.1. Gift cards cannot be redeemed, refunded or exchanged for cash, credit or PayPal funds, and cannot be resold, except where the law requires otherwise.

5.2. Where the law of your state or country requires us to pay out a remaining balance in cash on request (for example, when the balance falls below a set amount), we will do so on request to info@csieliteservices.com.

6. Returns, refunds and cancellations

6.1. If you buy a gift card and change your mind, you may cancel it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, as long as no part of it has been used. Consumers in the European Union have this right under the Terms of Sale, and we offer it to all buyers.

6.2. If you return a product you paid for with a gift card, the gift card amount is restored to the gift card balance.

7. Lost or stolen codes

7.1. Treat a gift card code like cash. Anyone who has the code can use it. CSI is not responsible for lost or stolen codes, or for use of a code without your permission, except where caused by CSI's own fault.

7.2. If you tell us promptly that a code has been lost or stolen and give us proof of purchase, we will try to freeze the unused balance and issue a replacement for it, but we cannot replace any amount that was spent before you told us.

8. Promotional gift cards

8.1. A gift card issued as part of a promotion is subject to these terms, except that: (a) it has no cash value under any circumstances unless the law requires otherwise; and (b) it may be cancelled or reduced if the payment that earned it is refunded, as explained in the promotion's terms. At the date of these terms, no CSI plan issues a gift card as a perk.

8.2. Any expiry date on a promotional gift card will be at least as long as the law requires and will be clearly shown when the card is issued. At the date of these terms, promotional gift cards do not expire.

9. Fraud

We may refuse, freeze or cancel a gift card that we reasonably believe was obtained by fraud, theft or in breach of these terms or the Terms of Service.

10. Changes

We may change these terms in the future, but a change will not reduce the value of, add a fee to, or add an expiry date to a gift card already issued.
